History: This revision rhinoplasty patient traveled to Dallas to for revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Cochran. Two prior surgeries by another physician left her with a distored and collapsed nasal framework. Dr. Cochran successfully corrected her nasal deformities via an open rhinoplasty approach using septal cartilage grafts.

Front view: This view shows correction of her severely distorted and upturned nasal tip. The collapsed sides of her bridge were also corrected to give her bridge a more balanced appearance.

Angle view: This view reveals the improvement in the contour of the entire nose and the restoration of proper proportions. A chin implant improved the balance of her facial features.
