Surgeon: Dr. Spencer Cochran

History: This revision rhinoplasty patient's prior rhinoplasty by an other surgeon left her her with an elongated bridge and excess nostril show. Dr. Cochran corrected these problems with an open secondary rhinoplasty using rib cartilage grafts.

Side view: This view demonstrates restoration of a pleasing contour to her bridge profile line and establishment of a proper bridge-tip relationship to give the nose a balanced appearance.
