Patient Information
Surgeon: Dr. Jack P. Gunter
History: This patient complained that her nose was too wide and crooked. She had had previous nasal trauma.
She also felt she had a weak-appearing chin. The chin appears more full and more proportional. The chin has been advanced forward with a chin implant
Front View: The bridge has been narrowed and straightened and the tip made narrower by removing nostril tissue at the nostril/upper lip junction on both sides.
Side View: The hump on the bridge has been removed, and the tip has been set closer to the face and sculpted to give a softer, more feminine look.
Oblique View: Demonstrates the hump removal and the softer more proportional tip.
Basal View: The post op view shows a rounder tip at the top and a narrower tip at the nostril-lip junction thereby giving better balance to the nose.
