Patient Information
Surgeon: Dr. Jack P. Gunter
History: This patient complained her tip was too wide, her nostrils were arched too high and her tip projected too far away from her face.
Front View: Her tip has been narrowed and her nostrils brought downward. Although she didn’t complain about it, the increased width of the body base at the top portion of her bridge was narrowed to give her better balance between the bridge area and the tip is in better balance.
Side View: The small hump has been removed and the tip brought back closer to her face. The nostril rim was also lowered so the column between the nostrils does not show as much.
Oblique View: Her post-op has a more refined, elegant look and the nose appears smaller.
Basal View: The “boxy” base has been made triangular which is the desired shape.
