History: This patient complained that her nose was too big and appeared fat, especially the tip. The post-operative photographs are 8 years after surgery.

Front View: This view shows a smaller, more sculpted-appearing nose with slightly more nostril show for better balance.

Side View: The nasal hump has been lowered and the tip made smaller and slightly closer to the face. The edge of the nostril was lifted so it looks “arched.” This gives it a more natural shape than the “S” shape of the pre-op nostril edge.

Angle View: This view demonstrates a more pleasing view of the relationship between the hump and the tip.
