History: This patient had his nose broken on three different occasions. In addition to being bothered by the appearance, he also had bilateral breathing problems.

Front View: Making the bridge straighter and slightly wider gave the nose better balance with the face.

Side View: The hump was removed and the tip moved back toward the face reducing the size from the profile view.

Angle View: Again, this view shows the difference in size and a decrease in the bulbous appearance of the tip.

Basal View: Shows decrease in the projection of the tip and a more triangular shape, which gives a better appearance.
