History: This patient complained of her nose leaning to the left and the left nostril being smaller than the right causing breathing difficulties on that side.

Front View: The nose is straighter and the nostrils now appear symmetrical.

Side View: The round tip has been reshaped to give a better appearance to the outline of the nose.

Oblique View: Same as side view

Basal View: The column between the nostrils has been straightened to make the openings more symmetrical and improved the breathing on that side.
