History: This patient’s request was to have a narrower bony base with a slightly wider bridge, and a narrower tip with less nostril show.

Front view: This view demonstrates all that the patient desired.

Side view: This view reveals the nose has been lengthened in that there is less “tilt.” Also, the flat underneath surface of the column between the nostrils now has a slight curve to it which looks more natural. In addition, the back portion of the nostril rim has been lifted so that the “hanging” appearance shown in the pre-op view has been corrected.

Angle view: This view confirms the improvement of the downward lengthening.
