History: This patient had four previous rhinoplasty surgeries. Her main concern was breathing problems but also wanted an aesthetic improvement if possible.

Front View: This view reveals correction of the deviated, asymmetric bridge and the increased nostril nose caused by the upturned tip.

Side View: This view shows the result of the small hump removal and relocation of the tip downwards.

Angle View: The bridge is straighter, the tip is more defined and there is less nostril show. She stated that her breathing was improved as well.
