History: This patient had two prior rhinoplasties. She desired correction of her low irregular nasal bridge and of her deviated “ball-like” tip.

Front View: This view reveals correction of the deviated tip, the irregular bridge, and the asymmetric “bulbous” tip.

Side View: This view shows the bridge raised and a better shaped tip that appears much more natural.

Angle View: Oblique views reveal a smooth bridge with a more sculpted nasal tip.
