History: This patient had 4 prior Rhinoplasty surgeries. She complained of a “scooped-out” bridge and a round, “pinched” nasal tip.

Front View: The “scooped-out” appearance has been corrected with a rib cartilage graft. The “pinched” tip was widened slightly to correct the collapse of the nostril walls.

Side View: This shows straightening of the bridge and correction of the “roundness” of the tip (a “polly beak” deformity) with the cartilage grafting.

Angle View: Shows a straight bridge and what appears to be a slight upward rotation of the tip. However, very little rotation has taken place and the upturned look is due to the repositioning of the tip cartilages.
