History: This patient had two previous rhinoplasties. She complained that the nose was deviated, the bridge too narrow, and that it appeared to droop on the side view.

Front View: This view shows straightening of the deviated nose, slight widening of the bridge and reshaping of the tip.

Side View: This view reveals straightening of the bridge and increased projection of the tip which corrected the “polly-beak” deformity of the bridge.

Angle View: There is much more definition of the tip and bridge giving a very natural, attractive appearance to the nose.
