Surgeon: Dr. Jack P. Gunter

History: This patient had three prior nasal surgeries following a bicycle accident. She complained of breathing problems involving both sides of her nose. Her main aesthetic complaint was her turned up, “ball-like” tip.

Front View: The front view shows the tip has been refined and made smaller. The nose has been turned downwards to give her a more “gull-wing” outline of the bottom of her tip. The bridge was slightly narrowed.

Side View: This view shows augmentation of the lower half of the bridge and lengthening of the nose using rib cartilage grafts.

Angle View: This patient shows a much better nasal tip/bridge relationship with correction of the “saddling” of the area just above the tip.
