Front View: This view shows a narrowing of both the bridge and the tip as well as making both more symmetrical.

Side View: The bridge has been reduced slightly and the tip rotated upwards so it would not look as pointed.

Basal View: This view demonstrates the symmetry achieved with the use of grafting, giving the patient the ideal basal shape.
