Patient Details

Surgeon: Dr. Jack P. Gunter

History: The patient had two rhinoplasties but was still not happy with the appearance. A secondary rhinoplasty was an open approach and rib cartilage was performed for correction of these problems.

Front View: The pre-op view shows a long, “tubular-looking” nose and asymmetry of the nasal tip. This was corrected by the flaring of the bridge as it joins the tip. The tip was improved by making the nostrils closer to the same height.

Side View: The rounding of the lower bridge and tip was improved by reducing the lower bridge and increasing the projection of the nasal tip. The tip was turned slightly more upward.

Angle View: The bridge appears more straight and the tip projection has a more sculpted look.
