Front View: Reveals a straighter nose with an improvement of the proportion between the bridge and the tip. The broad column hanging down from the middle of the tip has been raised and narrowed giving a more natural look.
Angle View: This angle shows a view of the hump removal and shaping of tip.
Side View: The small hump has been removed and the nose tilted slightly upward.
Basal View: The postop view shows an improved airway.
