History: This patient had nasal trauma followed by two secondary rhinoplasties. The postop photos were taken 9 years after the surgery by Dr. Gunter to illustrate a long term result.
Front View: The deviation and flat width of the bridge has been corrected. The tip has been reshaped and made more narrow.
Side View: The patient desired a more masculine looking nose. The bridge was straightened and the tip projection increased slightly to keep the bridge proportional with the tip.
Oblique View: Same changes from different view.
Basal View: Tip more projected and more narrow.
