Dr. C. Spencer Cochran received his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where he graduated at the top of his class.  Dr. Cochran’s interest in rhinoplasty led him to specialize in nasal surgery at the world-renowned University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. During his training, he served as Chief Resident of the Department of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery where he continues to teach rhinoplasty techniques to other surgeons as a Clinical Assistant Professor.

During his surgical training, Dr. Cochran studied the art of rhinoplasty while observing and assisting Dr. Gunter in surgery.
