Jack Gunter, MD was invited to spend the early days of Spring lecturing to plastic surgeons from around the world at a major symposium held in Argentina. Dr. Gunter spoke at the 41st Argentinian Congress of Plastic Surgery, held in Iguazu Falls in the province of Misiones, Argentina on March 30th – April 2nd, 2011.
Dr. Gunter, known as one of the foremost rhinoplasty surgeons in the world and the co-author of a widely used textbook on rhinoplasty techniques, spoke about a number of nasal surgery procedures and topics related to this commonly performed treatment. At the conference, Dr. Gunter gave lectures on “Essentials for a Successful Rhinoplasty,” “Key Principles for My Basic Rhinoplasty Techniques,” “Most Frequently Used Adjunctive Techniques,” and “Secondary Rhinoplasty.”
One of the most important events sponsored by the Argentine Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (SACPER) – an organization similar to the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery – the 41st Argentinian Congress of Plastic Surgery was attended by visiting lecturers and plastic surgeons from across the globe.
