History: This young lady suffered childhood trauma and had one previous nasal surgery. She complained that she had lost part of the bone in her nose causing it to be too short. She was also concerned about the fullness in her face and neck and a receding chin.
Front View: This view demonstrates the narrowing of the nasal bones and moving them closer together. The bridge was lengthened and augmented with a rib cartilage graft. The fullness in her face and neck were helped with liposuction and a chin implant.
Side View: The bridge was straightened and built up with a rib cartilage graft. This also helped to lengthen the nose as did a rib cartilage graft strut placed in the column between the nostrils. The graft also increased the tip projection.
Angle View: Again, the lengthening and increased tip projection is demonstrated as well as the improved harmony of the nose and tip. The liposuction results and chin implant are again seen.
Basal View: This view demonstrates the amount of narrowing and increased projection of the nose and tip projection obtained with the graft in the column between the nostrils.
