Patient Details

Surgeon: Dr. Jack P. Gunter

History: This patient had two previous rhinoplasties. She felt her nose was too long and the tip too large. Also, there was a bump on the left side which she desired to have corrected.

Front View: The large amorphous tip was made smaller and tilted upward so more of the nostrils are seen to give a more natural look.

Side View: The upper part of the bridge now appears to have less projection. The arched nostril has been corrected and the tip shaped to appear more refined and given a slight upward tilt.

Oblique View: The tip has been rotated slightly upward to improve the “droopy” appearance and looks more natural.
