Patient Details
Surgeon: Dr. Jack P. Gunter
History: This patient had one previous rhinoplasty and was concerned mostly about the appearance of the tip of her nose. Septal and ear cartilage were used for the reconstruction.
Front View: The irregular shaped bridge appears smoother and more symmetrical. The tip was also made more narrow as well as smoother giving it a more natural look.
Side View: The “hump” has been removed and the bridge made smoother. The tip has been brought backwards closer to the face and the nostrils made smaller and less apparent.
Angle View: The tip is smoother and has a softer more natural look.
Basel View: Again the tip appears more natural and the nostril walls appear smoother.
